a) Account Information

• Email and phone number (for sign-up and login)
• Name (first and last)
• Date of birth (optional)
• Apple ID identifier (if you choose Sign in with Apple)

b) Business Data (entered by you)

• Real estate project details
• Contracts and payments
• Expenses and invoices (images or PDF files)
• Vendor and worker information

c) Device Permissions

• Camera: to photograph invoices and receipts
• Photo Library: to select invoices from your albums
• Notifications: for phone verification via OTP

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide app services (project, contract, expense management)
• Authenticate and secure your account
• Analyze invoice text via Claude AI (Anthropic) to auto-extract data
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Third-Party Sharing

We use these services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google): hosting, authentication, file storage
• Claude AI (Anthropic): invoice image analysis only (not retained)
• Apple Sign In: if you choose to sign in with Apple ID

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Data Storage

• Data stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers in Europe
• Files (invoices) encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Passwords are managed securely by Firebase Auth — not stored by us

5. Your Rights

• Access: view your data anytime within the app
• Modify: edit any information from Settings
• Delete: permanently delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete Account
• Export: request a copy of your data via email

6. Children

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently deleted within 24 hours from all servers.

8. Security

We use TLS/SSL encryption for all communications, with strict Firestore security rules preventing any unauthorized access.

9. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app.
